is it worth installing the energy suspension bushing kit?
yes if you plan on autoxing or serious street driving, and if you dont mind if you feel more vibrations.
but you get a better feel of the car, and the suspension feels more responsive.
is it hard to install?
not really. the hard part is removing the stock bushings. you will need a hydraulic press or better said leave it to proffesionals.
the new energy suspension are easy to install with the exception of the two big ones for the front lower control arm. even the shop had trouble putthing those in for me.
in fact is it worth the investment?
like i said you plan on racing and taking advantage of what you got yes it it worth. if your car is a daily driver, grocery getter
and you go to the track like once or twice a year then its not worth it.
