Does anyone know the official sizing (metric if possible, but imperial will do) of Californian license plates, or even other states' plate sizes (im guessing the size is universal throughout USA)? The reason for my madness is that I may buy some www.jdmhondaparts.com plate frames some time soon & want to know if they fit my "300mmx150mm" Australian plates.

since I am such an amazing guy I went and measured my plate for you, its 1' by 6" and I did the conversion so its about 30.48cm by 15.24cm or 304.8mm by 152.4mm, hope that helps

I was just looking and acutally they are a little less then what I said(less then a quarter of an inch) so I guess are plates were made out to even METRIC measurements like yours and the japanese so it comes out to be 300mm by 150mm, just like yours
