Ingalls is pretty cheap, but Ebiach i heard, they do make few, theres a few more but i cant remember the name..
I dont think camber kit is bad for your car, its very benefical for adjusting your car. also saving tires!! If you have a alignment rack then its all good. If not, then its not a good idea.
If use alignment rack, stay in the manufacturers specs.
