While trying to change the cam seal I ran into an issue where the cam gear is stuck on the shaft. It looks like something is wrong with the key causing it to be stuck. It also looks cracked. Is there anything I can do or should I just buy a new shaft and gear?

looks like you should replace the camgear and the keyway
