Larger than stock diameter will make the effective final drive taller (faster, smaller numerically)
Smaller than stock diameter will make the effective final drive ratio shorter (lower speed, higher numerically)
5.00:1 would be about golden for NA. Maybe a 4.60:1 for boosting. I have no idea if you could actually get that with available rims and tire sizes though, but it'd be neat to see
