i think you might be a little too lean... maybe you need to supply that engine with a little more gas...

You're running too lean or.....

either you're running lean or you don't have enough check valves, and your map sensor is picking up boost. Do you have a A/f ratio gauge??? If not then you really should invest your money and get one. But i think you're running too lean. My friend uses like 6 check valves, so you might have to put more. later

for sure Pump.. injectors you just need to check to make sure they are not clogged and as far as the FPR check the psi setting on that and let me know what its set at... and check the FMU that you have setup.. b/c more often 9 out of 10 times the FMU is not hooked up correctly or its backwards..

u must a some kind of fuel enrichment

if you are boosting the default boost setting of 5 lbs, you will still bog at 3500 rpms, your stock fuel system is not providing enough fuel for your the extra power that is extracted from your motor. Remember, 5 lbs is equilvalent to about 40 to 50 hp, so how do you expect your setup to be running properly without fuel enrichment. Get a boost dependent FPR or something, and as of now if you're flooring your car, you'll killing your motor when it bogs like that.
