So I put a new distributor and mpfi harness into my car. As well as a new stereo system. I went to start my car and it won't start. I heard a clicking sound inside the cabin, so I know its not the starter. After investigating, I found out it was the main relay clicking. Anyone know what would cause the main relay to click? Its a semi-new main relay, I bought it about a year ago. It's also the left side thats clicking on the main relay if that helps anyone out. Thanks.
you changed too many things at one time.........change one, then test, change another then test.....try backtracking and either fix or undo whatever you messed up
The batteris good, and its got enough power to handle the car and the system, its a small system, lol. Thats yellow top power for ya.
I know the min relay clicks, but its always been a low clicking sound. This is an extremely loud click, sadly its sp loud it puts my system to shame. lol
I'll try and push start it when the weather clears up. Maybe that'll work.
