alrighty,, I have a 97 blue LX with a carbon fiber hood and a bunch of other jazz.. anywho,, I want some tails,, but I cant decide which to get.. I really want the carbon fiber euros to go with my hood,, but they are $240.. I can spend half of that and get the simple OEM red on top of white ones.. you know,, like the EX ones,, all white on bottem and red on top.. they are about $130... so which would be better?? I need opinions,, I wish I could post some pix so yall could see,, but I cant.. so just in-vision it..

I would normally say the OEM style, but go for the carbon fiber set to match ur hood. The OEM wouldnt look bad though.

I'll go with the OEM. Red and clear on the bottom. Or wut u can do Is get the Gen 1 Altezza tail lights and get the top part to be all red. When U brake, the lights are circles and they look almost stock, but U can tell they are different.

The Carbonish' tails are pretty nice though. If only they were real carbon Fibre, but then again you wouldn't be payin 240. What colour is your car

I just got rid of my altezzas! swithed an ex g/f of mine for hers OEM (red/clear). Looks so much better!

go for the OEM ones, i would but i don't have the extra cash right now so i took my old euro altezzas (gen 1) and spray painted with tail lense spray, the top half red, so it looks really similar to the OEM ones, but a lot of people think they look better.

I've seen this on another car and it looks great and unique too IMO. If you don't wanna do this, I vote 1/2 red 1/2 clear.

I'd say go/stay stock. Tail lights go in and out of style quickly....doesnt it? Unless you have the money to keep changing them.

I don't know where you are pricing them from. I have a 98 LX and all you need are the outer lights which run no more than $60!

I got mine before they got popular for like $30 off ebay!

They are the tightest you can gert for our Sedans. The ALtezzas are the ugliest on the LX since they are soooooooooooo BIG!! the red / clear kind of take that BIG look away!

I'd say the only color the dark tails look good on is black. I've seen a 6th gen with them and I was amazed at how good they looked. On a blue car though, definitely red/white.
