does the '92 canadian Si hatch carry a VTech engine?

I've read on various websites that only the EX-V had VTECH at the time... but i've also seen a few '92 si's that have a vtech symbol on the back ...

any help is good, thx

yes. 92-95 Si's are the D16Z6, SOHC VTEC.
