Hi what are some cheap mods i can get for my 02 accord coupe SE ? Im looking under 200$ ..

plz recommend some brands- for things like cost effective exhaust, white turn signals, springs / coil overs etc...

under 200 total? you can ghetto cai just take out your resonator and replace the drop in with a K&N filter... is what i did... still under the 200 range you can get some shitty springs... white turn signals are illegal and not really worth anything in my opinion... can DIY cleared headlights... get creative...

I also second the Home-made intake system. Use the search function or just browse and you should find good info. on it.

You can also get the rear sway bar from a CL Type S. That's about $50 there. The handling benefit is good/$ spent. Click on the link in my sig. for a review.

Cleared headlights is also free but definitely read up on it before attempting it. It may not be easy for novices.

You can get some cheap intakes at www.groupbuycenter.com. I believe they have "AEM-style" intakes for like $50. If that is, you'd rather go aftermarket than do a Home-made intake for much cheaper.

You can get OBX headers for cheap, I think. Since the V6 one is around $400, I'd imagine the I4 version to be half of that or less. Though you can get cheap headers, cheap exhaust is pretty hard to find around $200. Maybe just a muffler, but that's not worth getting for $200.

Other free mods are to color your bulbs inside your car. This is very time-consuming though.

i used to think the loud noise only came from holes in exhaust, then i learned they were just bigger mufflers...u can get a nice cheap muffler for 200 bucks at ur local auto shop...not very effective but it will sound cool

i think im a novice and it was pretty simple. try it out bu tdo read and make sure you know what your doin.

That's cool. I want so see one for myself to see how obvious it is to see that someone cleared the headlights. For example, how does the silicone look on the seam of the housing. If they don't look too bad, I might go ahead and clear my headlights too.

i'll be taking pictures pretty soon.. like when i wash my car hehe... everything on my car, as of yet, has been those lil DIYs and if you don't rush them, they can look nice...

ive been looking up kits, etc.. theres almost NO ONE making custom kits for 01- 02 accords ! all other years of the 6th gen accords have exterior kits... this sux...

Cone air filter, $25
Front Strut bar $25
Cherry turbo exhaust muffler $50,
Cherry bomb glasspack $25

on ebay, look at the obx bomb series. . .or any performance related muffler for imports, their cheap too
