They have FWD civics set up like that at the Wyotech accademies in some places to train people how to fix FWD cars, and they're just the front end with two seats, and the rear end is supported with two prongs and some go-kart wheels, and they actually run. But those work a little better than just dragging... but I've seen people do this before. It's funnier in person, and sadly, doesn't work as well on a RWD...
