So my gf is looking to get a 2007 Civic Hybrid. The dash is showing a yellow wrench. Is that just the oil/maintenance light? Also, I've heard some things about the car losing MPG efficiency. Is that true?

...usually a wrench means you need to work on something... so yeah.. that would be the check engine/ maintenance ;light...

did you look in the manual? they tell you what all the indicators on the dash are
