My headlights have a bunch of crap in them because the guy who had them before me drilled holes in the housing for strobes. What would be the best way to get this stuff out of there w/o opening them up and cleaning them? Thanks.

If the stuff is not dry and hard inside of the light, try using that air in a can that is used for dusting computer keyboards and such. I use it to reach the hard to reach areas in the engine bay to clean off the dust and dirt. If it is hard and dry you'll probably have to take them apart.

That would work! But I think if there's stuff that requires some rubbing to get off, you're better off taking the headlights apart so that you can really get it clean and not miss any spots.

i ended up spraying some water in there and then sucking it up w/ a wet/dry vac and now it looks alot better. thanks!

when one of my friends got his SIR....... he got home and notice there was a spider in his headlights....... how did it get stuck in there?? no clue.... i think he had to take em apart....

You take an air can and blow off hard to reach spots in your engine bay??? you must really like having your car clean....boy, i'd never go that far...maybe for a big show or something but man...thats dedication ....BTW....in your user CP you can make a signature that will automatically come up at the bottom of your posts instead of typing it out every time....
