Clearing headlights 99 civic

hey anyone know how to clear 1999 civic headlights? its different then the 5th gen civics becase the orange bulb is stock and there is just one reflector with no screw i think it is glued on or something if anyone has a 99 civic and has cleared or knows how to clear the head lights give me a shout.....i would prefer to keep the orange bulbs since w/o them its illegal

You can have clear bulbs for your signals on the front, it's not illegal. But on the rear you have to have orange or red, clears are illegal on the rear.

actually you have to have that orange reflective piece on the front corners of your car, without it your car is not DOT legal, thats why every car does. To make it appear legal most people, including myself, have put an amber bulb in place of the white one thats in inside of the amber surround you take out.

does anyone know the part number for the amber bulbs at Autozone/Pep boys and what not?

You mean bulb size? If so.. it's like 1130 or something like that, check out the stock bulb .. on the base of it, it will have a number

Thanks, I just don't want to get pulled over, since I put on the red/clear tails too, I need to replace those bulbs, I think me and my bro will just do a switcheroo

The bulb size is actually 1157.. Dual filament
