some Intrax lowering spring will run me about 210 bucks and give me a 1 and 3/4 inch drop....some arospeed coilovers will be 150 bucks with a 1-4 inch drop...which should i go for? or is there something better..and what kind of ride should i expect...its gotta be better then the stock ride..i don't want it lowered with a crappy ride..obviously

go w/ some ground control coilovers. the springs are made by eibach and they are the best riding coilover sleeves. of course, true coilovers will always be the best.

Like monkeysoup said. Its better to get true coilovers. I don't like any coilovers because I have seen them mess up a lot of rides in my town. the struts get shot quickly and even if you replace them w/ new ones, they go out too. I like my springs better, even though I can't adjust them, but hey, you are trying to lower it in the 1st place. Lates

Whatever u do i wonldn't buy arospeed. I have heard some bad things about them. I would just go with some springs and some go shocks like Koni yellows or Blistien.
