this seems all too familiar, lets see what you think. checked coolant level in rad 2 days ago(engine cool) and it was about an 3/4 of an inch low. toped it squeezed the hoses, started the engine, topped it off and replaced the cap. came home later, let the car cool checked the level again. Right back where it was earlier. i've been checking this and topping off over the past 2 days and the levels the same. it not leaking or going into the catch. think Bars Leak can buy me some time?

DO NOT ADD A COOLANT LEAK ADDITIVE TO YOR CAR!!!!!! OMG! It will create a lot more trouble than your initial problem. You could have a head gasket leak, or your overflow bottle could be pushing it out. Your overflow tube could be cracked or leaking, or a number of other things. Take it to a quick change shop, and have them do a collant pressure test, they will be able to tell you if your leaking, or what the problem may be....
