copying from cpu to VCR...

What do I need to be able to copy a video on my computer to a VHS?? What device do I need? Is there a certain video card that I need to get?? I'm close to completing a demo reel that's on my cpu and I need to transfer it to VHS. I don't want to compress the file down and it'll be too big to fit on CD-ROMs.

Is there another alternative? I already have 2 video cards in my cpu (dual monitor). I don't want to buy a 3rd one....
not that i know of, ask a friend that has one and borrow his card for the day, hehe. a television that has a dvi in? dvi to svideo converter if theres such a thing. other than that i cant think of any other ways than compressing the file. :( unless you want to buy my geforce 2 pro for 20 bucks :(
