CTR 5x114.3 hub upgrade

I am interested in doing a CTR 5x114.3 hub upgrade. Since the CTR has an increased front & rear track of 1480mm compared to regular civics (1475mm), will the 5x114.3 hubs increase the track to that of the CTR? Will the hubs bolt straight up to the standard suspension arms, or do you need the whole lot? I would be buying a Mugen Active Gate Braking system, CTR rear discs, Earls S/Steel braided rear lines, and Spoon's Nissin rear brake caliper upgrade. Because of this, i dont want the buy the whole suspension bits, just the hubs.
