no point to go bigger than 2.25 inches.....you exhaust is only as big as the smallest part. which is your cat. I would run a 2.25 DP with a 2.25 test pipe with a 2.35 cat back exhaust on a N/A prelude.

a striahgt pipe makes tons of difference spraying or not. its gonna gain way more HP than having a cat convertor.

down pipe usually means turbo Down Pipe. If this is the case. I have a 2.5 one too. Go 3":) I want one I have my 3" exhaust and cat...just need to find someone to make my DP. It will help the turbo spool faster.
