main things to replace in a F/I motor are valves, pistons, rods and related hardware such as rod bolts/head bolts.
B series motors hold up pretty well to average N2O injection and boost, but the D series are a bit weaker. so if you want to inject alot or alot per injection then i would consider making the motor stronger or going with a stronger stock motor and then building that up over time.
in a lot of scenarios the stock rings will go first, then the valves or pistons depending on condition of course and then the rods. though anything can go at any time depending on the motors condition etc. 87K really isn't that bad and the motor should be fine if N2O is used correctly.
