What kind of shot can the stock bottomend take with 10psi of intercooled boost? I'm thinking 25-45, i've heard 80shots bend the rods!

ouch, are you sure you wanna do that with a turbo setup. Wait till you have a built setup before attempting. You can but just make sure you are really careful. I would say 25shot.

Not 10 psi! that won't snap a rod, i know a girl that has 10 psi for 30,000 miles and runs 14.2 in a coupe
