you basically have a d16y8 with out the nice intake manifold and with out the badass quench chambers


which would make you a d16z6 with a .030 head gasket



for all intensive purposes .. you have a d16z6

yeah bro that "jdm zc vtec" is just a zc block (which is basically the same thing as the z6) and a d16z6 head.

all bolt ons will fit unless its for a d16y7. which (for some reason) has a funky header and intake manifold



btw bolt ons are pretty much useless. theres no real power from a z6 unless you boost it.

OP just stick with that motor. its alot cheaper to build than any other honda motor on the market. and i can tell your a noob. and this motor is a great beginner motor for you to learn on. its a really simple design and set up. and the aftermarket support is through the damn roof.
