I dont know why when my cars at idle the motor seems to shake a lot now. When it does that I can hear a annoying noise that I thought use to be my AEM CAI rattling against the chassis. Now I found out it has been my hood and it making noise from my hood latch area.

Anyone knows how to make that quiet or why it's making noise. To me it seems like it's not flush to the metal hook, whatever you call it.


Any help would be helpful and why my car shakes, maybe I need a fresh tune up.

I actually put black electrical tape to the latch of my hood, and that kind of solved the problem.

Does anyone know why the latch is vibrating.

if u ever been under the hood of your car then u will notice that there is an adjuster, if u open the hood u will see 2 black rubber (kind of look like a cork screw) loosen both of these a little so when u close the hood next time the rubber will put pressure on the hood and it will not vibrate anymore...
