Its not going to be regulated, you have no idea how warm or cold that bottle will be at any given time. Just do things right the first time is my opinion.

A bottle warmer is desined to not overheat... if you want to risk overheating your nitrous tank then go for it. Not trying to be an ass about it, just merely stating.

some of the blankets ive been looking at have differnt settings. just need to find the right one. try to keep the nitrous 900-1000 psi an i should be good.
