it depends what you want...
if you want an unreliable track car thats fast as all hell but looks beat on the outside and has all the options stripped to fit the engine in the bay......then by all means build yourself a civic with an H22 swap.
if you want a sweet looking, reasonably fast stock, attention getter thats still very functional, luxurious and liveable...get a prelude.

I know someone whos done that, and he said he can't race from a dead stop, cause all he does is spin out....
what's all the fuss about? i love the last generation civic hatches when they're done right. an h22 swap into one of those civics is the shit. i hear they're some problems that come with it (like axles and crap) but if u can pull it off, itll be nice looking and fast. who gives a shit about girls, the only girls who would ride in a hooked up lude would be the same girls who would ride in a hooked up civic so who cares. if you're building a car to get bitches, you're pathetic.

actually it is rare and horribly expensive to build an H22 powered civic as a daily driver....a friend of mine just swapped his...a month later it's causing all kinds of problem....now it's just sitting in his garage..

As long as it has an H22A in it, I like it. Not to say that I don't like other Hondas as well, but if it has an H22A then it's got a special place in my heart. Some of the guys on here are just pissy because they don't have the balls to make their ludes fast. Therefore, I'll do the same here as I did on PO.com. This forum makes me sad to own a prelude. I'll be in the nitrous forum if anyone needs me.

u know the prelude engine is really big and its gonna sit very low to the ground. you are gonna need to get something to protect it.
