do you consider a 3rd gear pull a race???

If you start from 3rd and go from there is that a race to you??? to me it is a race....just because its not a stand still its still a race.....i just beat a Golf vr6 2.8 ltr. which i am very stoked about and also a second generation turbo rx7......(not the real cool ones, the year before) both are fast cars so i am happy

i beat the VR6 from a 2nd gear pull and i beat the rx7 from a 3 gear pull....this doesn't say who is the better driver it just says who the faster car belongs to.....i was just wondering if other people thought this was a legit race because i feel it is...how else are you supposed to race on a thruway....you can only slow down so much without causing traffic problems....ALSO I ONLY RACE WITH NO CARS ON THE ROAD.....aight peace

oh yeah i did not use the nitrous to beat them so i am even more happy....

oh we were both racing...this sin;t no ricer "fly by" we set up both races and went.....i thought it should be considered a race because we went from 3rd to 5th and the other race was 2nd to 5th....so i consider that a race.....well the vr6's are fast i was suprised

um ya...I think the "is it a race" this is settled..........If you were trying to out accelerate the other driver and the other driver was trying to out accelerate you then its a race

my bro beet a vr6 with his b16 and a rx7.and barly got beat by one with mods after third gear any car will show its real power.and he got beat by a fender.

yeah the VR6 really pulls pretty hard in 3rd but 4th is my best gear so thats when i start to pull on him....

I’ve heard from a few people the b16 pulls best in 3rd, but I suppose mods may alter this. Congrats on the kill but doesn’t really mean that your cars is faster than his, it can still be down to the driver, for example he could have been in too high/low a gear. Don’t get me wrong I’m not knocking ya, but consider driver ability even in a rolling race.
