At least +45 (it will be close either way), but I would try to get an even higher offset if you can- that is if you stick with 7.5" width rims. Wider, and you will even need more offset or a bat

Do Your Rims Rub?
I have 18x7.5 on my accord and it is lowered. Everytime I hit a bump my rims rub. I'm looking to buy new rims this spring, what should I do to correct this or is there no way?

Higher is better if you don't want to rub. If you have 215 width tires(vs 225 width), you don't need as high offset either.
