in the u.s. the 'new' integra is called the rsx. the type r version is coming here spring of '03 as a 04 model.
at least you'll have it!
im pretty confident right now that its still a rumour.

btw, the versions that are exported to countries outside japan are all detuned.

u might want to check out the australian honda site. ull see that their type R is actually the type s engine.
Yep, once again we get the crappy watered down version. I think they don't want us killing ourselves.
I think they will bring the ITR back over to the US again. CTR might have a chance of making an appearance too if the Si hatch is accepted well.
guys i can tell i did see the CTR and is not so fast...it's faster the old ITR.

As in the US, in italy too the old integra had 190hp while in japan it had around 200ps.

people here thinks that if the CTR will be a flop ( it looks like...) then they will import the new ITR.

Still i really dont like the new CTR...it looks like a Pizza-Van
The type R in america is suppose to have like 227 horseys or so. The one in Japan is awesome with the brembo brakes but we prob get crappy ones. The CTR is ass ugly. Honda really needs to shove that thing back to the drawing boards.

the new itr in japan has 215 hp, and seeing as we usually get the 'cheap' versions of the japanese engines, i doubt the rtr will have over 210 hp, if even that. the recaro seats, brembo brakes, and 'type r' steering wheel will probably be lost as well.
