I've seen a bunch of cars with them on and they look tight as hell. I really want them, but I dont know if they make them for a 97 model Civic. I will look for some pics and post them if I can. I swear you will love the look, it is unmatched. Oh, but dont use them if you have ANY kind of Euro lights, it really takes away from the look, in my opinion. Go with red/clear.

I have a 98 civic, and I have the black housing, type-r whatever you wanna call them, on my car. It's dooooope! I've had them for a while now, and they've been great....no real leaking or anything. Although they get a little foggy and little wet forming along the glass every once in a while.

But the picture you posted has that blue ion on the glass....mine are just clear. I can post a pic of mine if you'd like...although my car is extremely dirty right now & it's raining here. But let me know, and I'll take a pic of my car when I get home from work in a few hours.

why don't you guys just take apart the headlight housing and paint the inside black? I think it'll still look badass... and you'll save the hundred bux
Yea, i could do that but it involves work and stuff. Plus if I mess up or end up not liking it, I can't go back. If I get the black lights and end up not liking it , I can always sell them or just put the factorys back in.

Shipping is $15 anywhere in the US....

I seriously would not recomend painting your lights... taking them apart is extremely hard, and unless you have done it before, you WILL BREAK THEM.. GUARENTEED... you will use a ton of glue and it will not look nice... to add to that, you will get mad condensation (water) in your headlights...

Just my 2 cents,

Don't waste your money

I did mine myself - and they look absolutely 100% identical to the ones that you boys are gonna spend over a hundred bucks on... the headlight seam is simply resealed with less than a half of a 75 cent tube of clear windshield sealant.(I did them about a year ago)

no no no...
I didn't break mine or damage them at all ("GUARENTEED")
I did not even use one tube of windshield sealant ("a ton of glue")
I get praises on how clean - OEM quality-looking they are - and how they really make my car stand out.("will not look nice")
Not a drop of condensation or fogging at all ("mad water")

Save your money for something useful
