I am wanting to swap in a newer prelude motor 97+ instead of putting a older model in my 96 model lude. I copied and paste what was on the website so here it is, link at the bottom if you want to check out the site and I don't think the HP and TQ stats are correct but that just my opinion. Any advice will be very helpfull.

TYPE: 2.2L DOHC VTEC
HORSE POWER: 190 HP
TORQUE: 161 lbs

JDM H22a DOHC VTEC Engine (97-00)

INCLUDES: Engine (H22a DOHC VTEC)
- intake manifold
- throttle body
- exhaust manifold
- harness (cut in 1/2 at the firewall)
- fuel injectors

- senors (1-2 may be broken/missing)

Run the OBD-1 motor. the motor prior to 1996. Less of a hassle with CEL's, and your compression is bumped a tad and your gear ratio's are a lil better.
