resurfacing fly wheel, can i just lightly sand away the glaze to keep my clutch from slipping or do i really have to have it machined??? and i dont have a manual to find the torque setting on the fly wheel bolt, any help would be nice i wanna finish this swap tonight, ball park torque setting is fine

Sorry for the late reply, torque should be around 80-85lbs/ft. I have used some rough (like 60-80 grit) sand paper to scuff up flywheels before.

thanx, but i forgot to rough up the pressure plate side and im payn for it. had air trapped in the head that was making it over heat but register cold, my honda guru told me to bleed itat the end of the top raidiator hose where the bleeder nipple is, saved my ass, few know about this issue, it will over heat u and not show on the gauge cause the air is in the top of the head past the sensor. so i geuss ill be doing a clutch soon, but its fairly faster than the d15b2, mostly cus it had 262k on it
