Drop or Rims?

i have stock rims and tires and i was wondering what i should do first? 17s and tires or apexi ws coilovers? im not really into racing but i want the car to look good and run safely

I know I've already gave you my opinion on this

But, stock height cars on aftermarket wheels just looks sooooooo damn tacky!!

Even when these people put these large body kits that almost scrape the ground..... BUT, they still have 4" fender gaps

Drop first!
