Lower the car only if you have the money up front! If not then rims first. Lowering is going to be expensive cause your gonna have to get camber kits with your lowering kit. I say who cares if it looks tacky with bigger rims, but at least you have nice rims. Then lowering it cause to my opinion lowering is going to cost you more in the long run then just rims. My 2cents! If you have the cash then do both!
