I like H&R springs a lot. I love my H&R race springs and would definitly buy another set of H&R springs in the future.
are the h&r race springs bouncy on the roads and what kinda shocks are good for the race springs
I have KYB agx adj shocks with my H&R race springs...I would definitly look into Koni Yellow shocks...heard great things about them. if race springs are too low of a drop....go with H&R sport springs....they don't need camber kits and ride close to stock...of course they will be a little bit stiffer and handle better than stock....but race springs are best for handling, but may be a little stiff for some people....and too low.
both are german engineered but i prefer the H&R spings myself
the set up i m going to get are front lip and sides and rear and some 17 inch. Are the race springs too low that it is going to scratch up my lip i want one that is not going to mess up my bumper and one that will leave no fender gap between my rim and fender
i have H&R race also but i think they are a bit too stiff for pennsylvania roads. of course my blown stock shocks dont help anything but i would go with H&R sports if i had the chance again. but the drop with the race springs looks amazing on a 4th gen prelude

go with sport springs....race are too low for body kits.
