I've just mounted my electronic oil pressure guage. It reads in bar inted on psi.
So my problems is that when i start it gets power the needle jumps up to 10,5 bar even with the motor off and when i start the car it stays there no matter the rpm.
I've connected the power and ground (possitive/negative) wires to the lighter so could it be that the guage need some different power source with the same voltage bat less amper?

anybody have any ideas?

ok found the problem and fixed it....
i was just needed an extra ground for the sensor. It wasn't on the intalling manuals cos i was supposed to mount the sensor to the block and self-grounded from there but i run an oil line and mount the sensor on it close to the fuse box, all done now
