if i replace the muffler with the n1 and do some custom piping will i still pass emissions in az? and will it be too loud that they make me silence it?

I aint from Arizona, hell I aint even from the States, but the exhaust wont effect ur emmisions that much - u'll be able to pass no worries. I got a 5 Zigen exhaust with no cat, 2.5" pipeing, headers, and I pass emmisons easily. And Vancouver has STRICT emmisons. The only ppl that will tell u to silence ur exhaust are ur neighbors and the cops, any N1 is loud as hell.
