hey guys, first post...

so my check engine light came on about a month or two ago. the code it threw was a 131 or 141 i can't remember exactly, but the diagnostic is O2 sensor heating circuit malfunction...

seeing as i have checked and replaced the first O2 sensor and tried to reset the light... and it still comes on.

any suggestions would be helpful. the car is an OBD2 96 EX.

i believe its the first sensor that the code is referring to... before the cat. no the car isn't driving funny in any way shape or form.

i had a DC header... but a friend of mine has it on his EX now. and i'm running his stock exhaust header.

the original O2 sensor was the one he was running on his 95. but seeing as i just replaced about a month ago... i don't see why it would throw a code.

no, i didn't change the other sensor. the one monitoring the cat...
