i was recently talking amongst some friends and found out that there was a way to have an automatic car that looks like a 5speed manual. has anyone done this before?
i believe that all that has 2 be done is change the center console to that of a five speed, add a shift boot, and use a special knob that allows you 2 shift through gears while pushing down on the knob instead of the silver button on the side. does anyone kno where that knob is sold?

Damn...why would someone do that. You can either A) sell auto civic, buy manual civic. Not like they are $40k.....or B) swap. Which again...not too hard, or expensive. People swap t56s for th 350s and 400s all the time...and people go from the 4l60e to t56. Not the hardest change over.

I actually know someone that lost most of the use in their arm in a bike accident but really enjoys driving, they have a similar set up.
