[B16a2 Sleeper]

Ok since i brought my car about 2 weeks already, I know the fan closest to my passenger works when the ac is turned on. But i still havent seen my left fan turn on it. Is it because its been cold outside or it doesnt work? oh yeah I have a 00 si.

fan on the drivers side is the ac fan. the passanger side is the radiator fan which should activate at 92 degrees
