Ok now the problem i'm having is my fan use to work on heat and a/c well one day i tried to use it and nothing happend and i got a really burnt smell afterwards. So i check the basics out and found that i had a bad heater motor fuse so i bout a new one and replace and it still isn't working. I'm thinking that my blower motor is dead but not sure if anyone has any ideas please help Thank You.

Did the fuse blow again? If so, you have a short. Either way you'll probably have to replace the blower motor by the sounds of it.

the blower motor probly shorted out and would need to be replaced

If you smelled that electrical burning smell then your blower motor ate itself. You need to make sure to fix the underlying reason for the melt down though. Just replacing the blower motor will fix the issue of it not blowing but it doesn't fix the issue with it blowing-up!
