what kind of cheap muffler can i get to give it that tuner sound and what size are the speakers

Don't get a cheap muffler. The speaker size is 6.5 all around, I believe, but the door speaker depth is limited.

Get an exhaust, your car will sound like shit or not how you want with a muffler.

Muffler = Ricer anyways, and you dont want that.

I have a full greddy setup including headers it sounds awesome but its kinda loud
