an intake is the first thing to buy, and it is pretty cheap. Get a cold air now that the by-pass valve is available.

Yeah... I agree with LABlue... get a 75 shot of nitrous on that bitch right away. I also suggest, as mentioned earlier, the AEM CAI, DC Sports Header and Exhaust... might want MSD on that car with the nitrous though.

and there is always EBAY!

cat-back Exhaust = $450-$650 = 3hp
SC/Turbo = $3500ish = 50-100hp (depending)
Nitrous = $435 (Zex) = 75hp

IMO..."The biggest boost for the smallest amount of money" is definately Nitrous, but you do the math.
