The lip is the RS WingWest kit...IMHO the car looks much better with the full kit...

THats thermal tec heat wrap for exhaust headers, used on many nascar and other race cars to keep underhood temps down, and help the exhaust flow faster by keeping the heat inside the header pipings.

I have them on mine too. I love them cause they keep the temps down low under there!
