is it possible to start a new contract with a used phone not bought from the company? and what do you mean by the only flaw is that it has no sim? what is no sim? Any scrathes or wear? ANd also what do you mean by assured, assured for the shipping or assured by the nextel company?

im not really up for that bro, not to go out and buy another phone, and by the rebate comes from nextel have it cost the same amount as if i bought the phone brandnew and you know the rest of the story....If you wanna hook it up for cheaper and you aint got rid of it by tonight let me know if you want someone to take it off your hands cause you said you had it insured anyways.
