Fuel Pressure gauge wont work..

O.k. i have a 2000 civic si and I just installed a B&M fuel pressure gauge. Brand new that my cousin gave me. I install it correctly as the instructions say and when I start the car it doesn't read any psi and sits at 0. I checked for leaks and there are none and I made sure to use teflon in the seals. What could be wrong? Bad gauge??
