s it possible to put the gauges from the new civic (04-05) in a older honda? i.e. 92-99 civic? has this swap ever been done?

yep... i dont think its been done but i got a 04 civic coupe and i changed the gauges w/ sedan gauges. Its blue unlike red like the coupes 1. the color are the ring lights. The gauges are cool but i think you need to rewire and get connectors..have fun if u do this

its possible... it may require some cutting, but i personally doubt that it would require too much work... some things dont change much from year to year....

well, im buying an ek later this year and want to put the 05 civic sedan gauges in it....or reverse indiglo.

hmmm, i'm not so sure the cluster would fit in the dash, its much larger than the 6th gen, plus its got a digital odometer, If I'm not mistaken the voltage of the signal outputs might be different.

some things are more difficult than others, but it can all be done, and most of it has been done before...

yea, thats what i was worried about. i was pretty sure it wouldnt just go in.
im sure someone must have tried this though.
