It's hard to make a mark iv a sleeper.. although alot of people think mine is NA.. and I go with it :D.. Wait till I get my single conversion and built tranny.. I should be running close to 650 with the conversion and Gt67-30 and then when i get my built auto and upgrade some more stuff I should top out at around 800hp which is where I shall end at..

Yeah, but people who care about weight care b/c it slows them down. I tell them if I wanted a race car, I wouldn't have bought a Prelude, lol. I also think it's one sexy car....I just love the lines of the 5th gen.

Question

Which one of you actually fixed up your own car(s) and which ones did none of the work?

I'm just curious...plus I know only one girl (EVER) who has done MOST of the mods herself and she knows more about cars then most guys!

There are some clean cars on here though. My boyfriend would love that turbo supra! ^_^

Thanks! Me and my fiance do all the work ourselves. We did a lot of work on the supra and it definitly wouldn't be a 1 person job. Taking the motor out was a bitch and we had some problems with the tranny which was taken in and out 5 times. My fiance has taught me a lot. The only things I did by myself was I ported and polished the head, the runners and the intake. Everything else mostly was done together. Our next project is redoing the motor in the typhoon. We all ready did the tranny so hopefully our toys will be done soon. :)

Will be boosting early this year...so I look forward to that build as well! It's nice learning more and being able to do more...props to everyone who atleast attempts to do there own work!
