Just borrowed a G-tech and want to tune up my car. :D I can't go to the closest dyno because is really far. :mad:

Here is what i got capable of tunning
variable fuel pressure regulator
cam sprockets
timming
Field SFC VTEC controller

Any baseline where to start off???
Any good tips on tunning????????

This should be the correct order in tuning:

1. Find the Best VTEC X-over Point
2. Cam Gear Tune
3. Fuel Map Tune
4. Tune the ignition timing last.

Make sure you get a tune-up...good ignition compnents ie; spark plugs,cap,etc.

My car has a good tune up.....Denso Iridiums, Mobil 1, MSD cables and futurely external MSD Blaster 2.:D

a g-tech is NOT something you want to use for tuning an engine.

You need a controlled environment to test an engine, not an open street.
