I've heard that you can put a short shifter for a gsr in a civic. Is this true? I have a 2000 Si and i am looking at a solo ss from a gsr. i love the way gsr short shifter's shit closer to you because of that extra bend. Will it just bolt right up, or do i need to modify somthing? Thanks.

It is a straight bolt in. No modifications needed.

Are you referring to a stock GSR shifter?
Becuase I am going to be getting a GSR motor for my h/b and trying to decide if I need to upgrade to a short shifter or just use the OEM one.
