im just wondering if theres anyway to know for sure if a tranny is manual transmission or automatic...reason is im looking to buy from ebay. it say Y80 on it but was wondering if theres anything that would give it away thats it manual or to look for when picking it up? thanks

An automatic and a manual would be completely different. A valve body would be the most obvious sign that its automatic.
